Day 1 CUSCO - KM 104 - MACHU PICCHU

Our Inca Trail tour of 2 days and 1 night to Machupicchu, starts early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to transfer by car to Ollantaytambo, the trip takes about 2 hours, upon arrival we will board the train to Machupicchu, we will descend from the train at the height of km 104, to begin our journey on foot. The walk with our specialist guide begins between landscapes of jungle and highlands, the first point we reach is Chachabamba, a small archaeological site very important in the time of the Incas. Then we will walk approximately 3 hours to reach Wiñayhuayna, an impressive archaeological site that has Inca terraces or platforms, as well as religious and urban sectors. We will continue our walk until we reach Intipunku, from this place you can see Machupicchu in all its splendor, then we begin to descend to reach Aguas Calientes, where we will transfer to the hotel to settle in and spend the night in this beautiful town. Day 2 VISIT THE "LOST CITY OF THE INCAS".

Very early in the morning we will have breakfast at the hotel and we can take the bus that will transfer us to the archaeological sanctuary of Machu Picchu. The trip takes 30 minutes, finally we will arrive at Machu Picchu where you will recharge your energy and also enjoy the breathtaking view from the citadel where our guide will begin the guided tour for you to learn more about the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu. After the guided tour and the guided walk through Machu Picchu you will have time to walk freely around Machu Picchu. In the afternoon we will board the train back to Cusco where we will pick you up from the station to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
